Anup Juneja
AJ has spent more than 23 years leading transformation, at partner level in global strategy consulting, building an automation and AI practice from the ground up, and most recently leading AI transformation and operating model change inside a large organisation.
That mix of advisory and in-house delivery shapes how Consult AJX works: recommendations are grounded in what it actually takes to land change, not just what looks good on a slide.
AJ's work centres on AI transformation, cost transformation, process redesign, value creation, GBS and shared services, and target operating model design.
